1. What Money Move$ is

Money Move$ is an independent educational website and game about personal finance and entrepreneurship, operated at playmoneymoves.com. It is for learning and practice — not a bank, broker, insurer, or registered advisor.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Markets go up and down. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Content about government programs (including Trump Accounts), contribution limits, and tax treatment is educational and may change — verify with official sources and a licensed professional before acting.

3. Free core experience

The core climb and lessons are free. If we add optional paid features later (for adults or parent-managed Family plans), we will label them clearly. We will not use manipulative pay-to-win or loot-box mechanics aimed at minors.

4. Honor-system missions

Some rewards depend on you saying you did a real-world action (“I opened a savings account”). That’s the honor system. Don’t cheat yourself — the points are fake; the habits are real.

5. Acceptable use

• Don’t try to break, scrape, or overload the site.
• Don’t use content to mislead others about investments or get-rich-quick schemes.
• Don’t upload illegal or harmful content if sharing features are added later.

6. Third-party tools

Links to banks, apps, government sites, and services are educational starting points. We may not be affiliated with them. Their terms and fees apply when you leave our site.

7. Availability

We provide the site “as is.” Progress saved in your browser can be lost if you clear data or switch devices until accounts exist.
